I contacted Gerry after my washer-dryer stopped drying. I explained what had happened and Gerry suggested what might have caused the fault and what I could try, and said he would call round if this didn’t work.
I tried Gerry’s suggestion and my washer dryer is now working normally.

Saw Gerry’s website while looking for someone to repair our washer drier. I phoned him and he advised, after I told him the serial number, that the machine could still be covered by warranty. He told me to get in touch with the main distributor which I did and sure enough the machine is covered by warranty. Thanks Gerry.

We contacted him a few weeks ago – we should have posted this sooner! – about a washing machine that stopped spinning etc. He offered advice down the phone on how to fix what he thought might be a small problem. It was and it worked. He could have called here and charged a small fortune as others do, but didn’t. It was a generous gesture and was much appreciated. I think the man deserves everybody’s business, not only because he knows his stuff but because he’s not into ripping people off!
I have used Gerry a number of times for various problems with washing machines etc. He is completely trustworthy and does exactly what he says he will do, he knows his business and is very reasonable pricewise. I have no problems recommending him and will always use him in the future. How refreshing to deal with somebody like this ! Gerry thanks for everything!

We were having a problem with our washing machine. Phoned Gerry and described what was happening, he advised that the machine was probably beyond economic repair judging by the description of the problem and the age of the machine deciphered from the serial no. we gave him.
He recommended a very good and reasonably priced replacement machine when asked. We will be in contact with him again with any of our appliance problems.
I contacted Gerry via his web page on Monday 11th Feb. Had a response within the hour. Gave an estimate and as appliance was a Bosch, he recommended repairing it as it is a good machine. Called at 9am the following morning as agreed. On time and machine fixed in under an hour. 90 Euro all in. Delighted with his service and now have his card. Will recommend him to all my friends. No hassle – just did it on time and within budget.
Gerry was professional and very helpful in fixing our washer/dryer. He went above and beyond the call of duty by answering my calls/texts to trouble shoot minor problems, called for follow up to ensure the problem was fixed, and even offered to drive me to pick up my son from crèche as I was 9 months pregnant! Professional, trustworthy, thoughtful, and a pleasure to work with-thank you Gerry!

Found Gerry on web.Phoned him about washing machine problem.He gave me advice over the phone after I described the problem and said if that doesn’t work to give him a call back and he will call out to Blessington. His advice worked!He didn’t have to give that advice over the phone.He could have called out and charged a small fortune as others do for a small problem. Would recommend Gerry to everyone I know that need their appliance fixed. He fixed my cooker really quickly was able to tell what the problem was, saving me 400euro. Before we got our “new” washing machine eight years ago, we suffered with the landlord’s machine that broke at least once every eight weeks. And we’d be waiting DAYS for it to be fixed. So when our faithful Bosch stopped spinning last night, I thought I was in for a week of ever mounting piles of laundry. I started working my way down Google search results this morning. Called Gerry at 9:18 am (says my phone). By 10:15 my washing machine was fixed! What a relief – not just to be up and running so quickly but to have confidence that my machine is still in pretty good shape and worth the small price of the repair. Thank you, Gerry!
I found Gerry’s number online and called this morning with an issue regarding my dishwasher. He offered advice over the phone which I’m delighted to say it worked. What a genuine person and obviously an expert in his trade. Would highly recommend.

Gerry was a great help when our washing machine went down, he fit us into his busy schedule because of our situation and after 20 minutes the problem was resolved. He even showed me how to resolve the issue myself if i had the same problem again in the future. Very professional and a true Gentleman ! Had some washing stuck in the machine with a busted door. He arrived on time as organised and had the problem sorted in no time. Even cleaned the filter out while he was there and gave me a few tips on keeping it clean. Quite reasonably priced service too. Will definitely give him a call again for other appliance repairs. Very friendly and professional service. This guy knows his stuff.
